As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You are responsible for executing payroll and time management processes.You serve as the main point of contact for employees on all payroll-related questions, taking into account tax, social security, and employment law requirements.You prepare reports and statistics for HR management, leaders, and the works council.ou maintain and update all payroll‑relevant data and handle reporting and certification tasks.You support monthly and annual closing activities as well as the implementation and further development of payroll-related IT systems.You contribute to HR projects related to payroll management. What makes you stand out You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, advanced training as an HR specialist, or a degree with a focus on HR (we also welcome career changers with a convincing track record, even without a formal degree).You already bring professional experience in payroll, ideally with hands-on experience in LOGA.You have strong knowledge of income tax and social security regulations as well as statutory reporting.
You have initial experience in the functional and disciplinary leadership of a team.You demonstrate strong analytical skills, particularly in profitability analyses, general evaluations, and variance analyses.You take responsibility for international initiatives and projects, for example to optimize planning and reporting processes.You act as a strong communicator and trusted advisor as well as a central interface for executive management, the executive board, and other internal and external stakeholders.You have very strong technical expertise, especially advanced Excel skills at expert level, experience in building BI dashboards, and HR KPI management.You communicate fluently and confidently in both English and German.You have solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO, including BW.
Based in Munich (full-time, permanent), you will work on high-profile projects, advise leading investors, and shape investment strategies in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. Travel within Europe will be required.
