WHAT YOU WILL DO Present to or influence customer representatives or vendors and resolve issues Conduct interviews with customers to establish their requirements, presenting concepts and proposals, and providing updates on deliverables Act as a coordinator across projects to prevent delays or misunderstandings Coordinate collaboration with external service providers in terms of assembling own or third-party system components Customize COTS based on pre-determined parameters, and executes customizing tests Document work using the required standards, methods and tools Assist in definition, initiation and design of architecture in projects/ programs Provide expert advice, training and technical assistance to development team, lower level service and support staff May lead others in developing innovative solutions to highly complex problems and contribute to employees’ professional development Act as technical lead of development teams on issues of performance, tools, and standards WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 11 years of experience in software engineering with relevant qualifications in IT field and methods including formal methods (e.g.
What you can expect You support the creation, analysis, and presentation of core HR reports, such as headcount, FTE, turnover, and recruiting KPIs.You contribute to the development, enhancement, and automation of HR reporting solutions, including Power BI and Excel.You conduct ad hoc analyses and translate insights into clear, management‑ready presentations.You support HR cost planning, budgeting processes, and forecasting activities.You actively participate in HR projects, for example related to new reporting tools or people analytics initiatives.You help drive the standardization and documentation of HR reporting processes.You collaborate closely with the HR Controlling team and take ownership of your own scope while supporting the implementation of the company’s overall strategy.

What makes you stand out You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.You already have several years of experience as a manager and extensive experience in managing complex project and program structures in IT development and restructuring.Additionally, you have gained significant experience in stakeholder management.Your profile is rounded off by broad and up-to-date knowledge in cloud and web services, as well as a strong understanding of the connections between business policy and technical development.You are characterized by a very structured way of working, great endurance, and goal-oriented thinking and acting, taking into account the strategic orientation of the company.Furthermore, you have strong strategic thinking and acting, especially regarding the development of the future IT organization as the backbone of business development.You possess excellent analytical thinking skills, pronounced solution orientation, high social competence, reliability and integrity, as well as conflict resolution skills.Your good presentation skills, especially at the management level, combined with above-average negotiation skills, strong motivational ability, and persuasiveness are among your strengths.Your fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form are complemented by fluent English language skills in both written and spoken form.
