As an HSE Site Manager, you contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environmental performance on wind turbine construction sites across Germany. You support projects from the delivery of components through crane operations, installation, and final commissioning. In this role, you act as a reliable partner for Site Management, installation teams, and service providers, while driving the continuous development of our HSE processes and implementing new requirements.
In this master thesis project, you will join our Grid Integration Control team and work on modelling and controlling hybrid power plants. You contribute to impedance‑based modelling approaches, support stability analysis, and help improve grid compatibility of modern wind energy systems.
You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to system configuration and post-launch support, ensuring smooth adoption and customer satisfaction.
