Über uns Unser Operational Excellence & Projects-Team leitet eine Vielzahl anspruchsvoller Projekte für die verschiedenen globalen Geschäftseinheiten von SCHOTT, wie z. B. Serienhochläufe, Materialflussmanagement, Optimierungen in indirekten Bereichen.
Responsibilities: Develop together with local teams and your Teamlead growth potential plans and implement initiatives to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and user experience.Support the local Content Teams with content adaptation and realization.Manage the eShop on a daily base to ensure a best-in-class experience for our consumers.Manage e-commerce related projects, from inception to completion.Define project scope, goals, and requirements.Analyze different data to identify opportunities for business growth Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience in the e-commerce environment and Project Management Experience, emphasis on UX/UI knowledge.A strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including website optimization to improve consumer experience.Excellent knowledge and experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Content Management SystemsWillingness to travelProficiency in English and German, both written and spoken, is essential.
