DEINE AUFGABEN • Strategische Planung und Leitung des Tender‑Prozesses für Projekte in der Region Central • Erstellung und Bewertung von Bauzeitenplänen in MS Project unter Berücksichtigung regionaler Standards • Entwicklung geeigneter Errichtungs‑ und Logistikkonzepte in Abstimmung mit Kran‑, Transport‑ und Montagedienstleistern • Durchführung von Kosten‑ und Risikoanalysen in der Angebotsphase sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen für Vertragsverhandlungen • Vorstellung der Ergebnisse in internen Gremien wie Project Board Meetings • Durchführung von Standortbegehungen zur technischen Bewertung geplanter Windparks und Abstimmung mit Kunden und Partnern • Aktive Mitwirkung an Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden, einschließlich technischer Vertragsinhalte DEIN PROFIL • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektentwicklung, idealerweise im Umfeld der Windenergie • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Project und Excel, idealerweise ergänzt durch AutoCAD, GIS und weitere Office‑Tools • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Verhandlungsstärke sowie hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen innerhalb der Region Central DEINE BENEFITS Nordex bietet eine Vielzahl an attraktiven Benefits – hier findest du einen Auszug dessen, was Dich bei uns erwartet.
Im Proposal Management agierst Du als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen unserer Project Management Organisation (PMO), dem Vertrieb und unseren VTU Fachabteilungen. Du verwandelst Angebote in überzeugende Verkaufsdokumente und sorgst für eine reibungslose Koordination über den gesamten Angebotsprozess.
