As the Group Lead Wind Turbine Development Engineering & Validation (m/f/d), you will guide a team of project managers and oversee the successful development of cutting‑edge wind turbines. You will manage complex, cross‑functional engineering projects from concept through serial production, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment.

YOUR TASKS Represent Installation & Commissioning (I&C) in product development Consolidate technical requirements across Nordex teams Ensure compliance throughout the development process Provide electrical expertise during prototype and installation phases Coordinate prototype, interior and mock‑up tests Analyze findings and drive technical improvements Develop new technical I&C solutions to optimize installation processes YOUR PROFILE Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 3–5 years experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams Site management experience in the wind industry is an advantage Experience with CAD‑PLM, MS Project and SAP Structured, solution‑oriented working style Fluent English; Spanish, Portuguese or German beneficial YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.
