DEINE AUFGABEN Technische Vertretung von Installation & Inbetriebnahme in der Produktentwicklung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Teams Zusammenführung aller technischen Anforderungen aus anderen Nordex Teams (O2-Team, Supervision, Inbetriebnahme und Regionen) in einem klaren Lieferprodukt Sicherstellung der technischen Umsetzung dieser Anforderungen im Produktentwicklungs-Prozess (PEP) Bereitstellung elektrischer Fachkenntnisse während Entwicklungs-, Prototyp- und Einbauphase neuer Produkte, Werkzeuge oder Prozesse Als wichtiger Stakeholder aus dem Bereich Installation und Inbetriebnahme nimmst Du an den Simultaneous-Engineering-Teambesprechungen teil und koordinierst die relevanten technischen Mitwirkenden Steuerung von Prototypen, Innenraum- und Mockup-Tests vor Ort als I&C-Fokuspunkt Analyse von Erkenntnissen aus Prototypen und Nachverfolgung der Umsetzung technischer Verbesserungen Entwicklung neuer technischer Lösungen zur Optimierung von Installations- und Inbetriebnahmetechnologien sowie Kostenreduktionsinitiativen DEIN PROFIL Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung multidisziplinärer Teams in technischen Entwicklungsprojekten; Erfahrung als Site Manager wünschenswert Kenntnisse in CAD-PLM-Systemen (Teamcenter, AutoCAD), MS Office, MS Project und SAP Strukturierte, prozess- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Weitere Sprachkenntnisse (Spanisch, Portugiesisch oder Deutsch) sind von Vorteil DEINE BENEFITS Nordex bietet eine Vielzahl an attraktiven Benefits – hier findest du einen Auszug dessen, was Dich bei uns erwartet.
