Innerhalb der Abteilung PDS arbeitest du an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Büroimmobilienprojekten im Auftrag von Nutzern, Investoren und öffentlichen Akteuren.
Bündelung und Ausbau der Marktexpertise Unterstützung der Zusammenführung und Weiterentwicklung der landesspezifischen Expertise sowie Sicherstellung einer starken fachlichen Präsenz in Project-Core-Team-Meetings. Koordination interner und externer Schnittstellen Koordination und Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit sowie der Kommunikation zwischen Cheplapharm Deutschland, Outsourcing-Partnern und lokalen CMOs zur Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Projektumsetzung.
