Manage IT service intake, including prioritization and resource planning for direct and matrixed teams. Translate business requirements into actionable IT services, projects, and technical deliverables. Collaborate with IT service leaders and team members to scope, estimate, and plan projects and initiatives.
Furthermore, you support or execute project management activities depending on project size and complexity. In addition, as a Senior Automation Process Analyst (m/f/x), you may be responsible for coordinating and coaching a team of automation process analysts for a certain GBS business function, e.g.
Your tasks As Team Lead HR/Procurement Automation Process Analyst you will manage a team of 5-7 automation process analysts, delivering automation projects across all GBS business functions (Finance, HR, Corporate Real Estate, etc.).
