As the Group Lead Wind Turbine Development Engineering & Validation (m/f/d) , you will guide a team of project managers and oversee the successful development of cutting‑edge wind turbines. You will manage complex, cross‑functional engineering projects from concept through serial production, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment.
