The Project Administrator (PAs) will be based in our Tunis office and are the contact persons within the departments. Their main tasks are to support our teams in the acquisition of new projects as well as in the coordination of ongoing projects and the completion of office tasks.

In this role, you will support both the Governance team and IT Project Managers with administrative tasks, coordination of meetings and stakeholders, as well as project-related activities, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal procedures.
What you can expect You provide professional support to the Executive in day-to-day operations and maintain an overview of all topics.You prioritise, structure, and monitor tasks and deadlines, and coordinate meetings efficiently.You manage appointments and calendars, including planning and prioritising meetings.You organise business trips, handle bookings, and prepare travel expense reports.You create, format, and review presentations, reports, and decision-making documents.You act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow.You support projects and events, organise workshops, and independently track open items and deadlines.You handle sensitive information confidentially and assist with budget planning and organisational changes.
Communicate with RPCM counterpart on day to day issues and requests Management Support Trade Director in monitoring& ensuring local compliance of target carrier adherence & space allocation Monitor key accounts’ performance, rates and resolve any space/equipment issues Develop and improve processes by research and innovative action Ensure efficient flow of information concerning carriers’ activities and market development to management Marketing and Sales Prepare and provide competitive port to port rates to GBT team for global tenders Access, manage & take risks for strategic accounts to obtain large volume accounts File rates with carriers upon award of business Provide updated information on carriers’ situation and changes in ocean freight surcharges and rate development RMT System Uphold the speed, quality and quantity of services are delivered by the team in Manila for all trades Set Key Performance Indicator, Service Level Agreement, and Standard Operation Procedure with GSC solution management Provide guidance in rates updating to ensure accuracy and make it as user friendly as possible for the countries Suggest ways to improvise the system to facilitate data entry Support internal IT renewal roadmap implementation in Asia Pacific. Participate in potential system upgrade projects as Asia Pacific representative, provide feedback and suggestion on behalf of users in the region External Stakeholder Regional OFR Carriers in Asia Pacific Develop and maintain relations with regional ocean freight carriers in Asia Pacific Discuss and initiate actions to solve problem e.g. space or equipment constraint Negotiate competitive rates for FAK, named accounts & surcharges Negotiate demurrage/detention free time & drop off conditions Obtain updated information from ocean carriers on latest rate implementation from the conference Discuss with carriers on latest market situation/change Establish targets with carriers & monitor volume performance Set up space protection with target carriers Ensure regular face-to-face negotiation with carriers conducted at regional level Internal Stakeholder Marketing& Sales Determine pricing for OFR organization in co-operation with M&S Contribute to and co-ordinate information & activities to support the Bid Team’s efforts in securing prospective accounts and managing opportunities GSC Regular meetings to review target, KPI, process and providing guidance to enhance performance Monitor efficiency and estimate required resources for GSC team e.g.
