Key Responsibilities: ·Responsible for working with various HR systems (ie: Oracle Fusion, Kronos, ADP, my Talent World, Avature) Vendor management includes:mass uploads, interfaces, and reporting.In addition, responsible for supporting HR USA team with reporting, user maintenance, troubleshooting, training, queries, and any other ad-hoc requests ·Responsible for creating and maintaining all key HR Metrics (i.e. turnover rates, demographic information, etc.) ·Initiating new projects as well as managing these programs by working closely with regional support to ensure simplification and program effectiveness ·Manage, coordinate, and support migrations / implementations of new applications or programs ·Maintain HR Fusion database to ensure data integrity, troubleshoot and provide resolution as necessary ·Responsible for supporting the Yearly Performance processes in coordination with regional support ·Managing and coordinating yearly surveys with Regional support and implement smoothly for HR team ·Maintaining and managing workflows and contents on HR i-share site ·Support HR learning team with HR oriented courses and programs Skills / Requirements: BA/BSwith a minimum of 5 years’ experienceProgram management experience is requiredAdvanced knowledge in Microsoft office products & ability to work with online platformsExcellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skillsStrong technical background or experience with various HR & other applications (such as: Oracle, myTW, Kronos, Avature, Survey Monkeyri) is highly preferredAbility to work with all levels of management; a collaborative team player with a can-do attitude WHY JOIN our DHL team?
