In deze klantenservice functie richt je je op de ondersteuning van DHL Service Points. Ook zullen projecten en het maken van rapportages onderdeel van je werkdag zijn. Uiteraard pak je de taken op die passen bij jouw achtergrond en voorkeuren.
In de dynamische omgeving van DHL moet je stevig in je schoenen staan, omdat je te maken hebt met diverse belangen, werkdruk en wisselende verantwoordelijkheden, (grote) projecten en spoedklussen. Je kunt snel schakelen tussen activiteiten en behoudt hierbij het overzicht.
